Chime Module Install
| Remove the knee pad below the steering column. Looking in the hole to the right, you will see a module "tree". The chime module is the lowest one (easy way to find it: put key in ignition and open drivers door, the dinging box is the chime module). | |
| Unhook connector from old module and remove old module. | |
| Attach new wiring to existing harness and attach the chime module lead from the digital cluster to the new connector. | |
| Attach new module to tree and connect the wiring to the module. | |
| Put key in ignition and turn to run. Verify that you get a dong from key in ignition and you get beeps when a function button is pushed. | |
